BIO
A disciplined floor general and ball-hawking defender, Jones teamed with Bill Russell in leading the University of San Francisco to 57 wins in 58 games and back-to-back NCAA Championships in 1955 and 1956. Jones added Olympic gold medalist to his list of achievements in 1956. K.C. rejoined Russell on the Boston Celtics and helped them to win eight straight NBA Championships from 1959 to 1966. He coached Boston to another two NBA Championships in 1984 and 1986.
