Playing under Hall of Fame Coach Phog Allen, Endacott led Kansas to consecutive Helms Foundation National Championships in 1922 and 1923. In 1923 he was named Helms Foundation Player of the Year. Phog Allen called him the greatest guard he'd ever coached. Following his collegiate career, Endacott spent four years with the AAU Phillips Petroleum Company Team, from 1924 to 1928. He was president of the company from 1951 until his retirement in 1967
