Ewing led Georgetown to three NCAA title game appearances and the 1984 Championship where the Hoyas beat Houston's "Phi Slamma Jamma." He won the NABC and Naismith Player of the Year Award the following season. Ewing still holds Georgetown records for most games played, rebounds, and blocked shots with an astonishing average 3.45 blocks per game during his college career.
